Contract

This is a binding contract between Tamaran Harper of Flawless Envy
Make Up Artistry and                                                                                                                        
                                            (Payee or Bride)

This contract is for services rendered for make up application on the date
of                                  . I agree to all terms that I have read on the
Flawless Envy website and will abide to all financial responsibility. The  
first deposit made of fifty dollars (seventy five for bridal) is to reserve my
event date I requested. If for any reason I should cancel that date all
monies are non refundable . If the event should happen that Flawless
Envy can not keep their commitment to my event date that fifty dollar
(seventy five for bridal) deposit will be refunded. All monies for the event
are due fourteen days prior to my event. It is understood that if I have not
made final payment in the fourteen day grace period and arrangements
with Tamaran Harper have not been made via email or telephone
conversation, grounds for the commitment to apply make up on the event
